1. Sometimes there will be TAX from your customs. It is related to your country national policy. Seller cannot control. Thanks for your understanding.
2. If you don’t tell us,we will do your dress as standard US size as our size chart.
If you need custom made the dress, please leave us a message to tell us your correct measurements when you place the order: bust, waist, hips, height, heel height, shoulder to shoulder, arm hole, bicep, arm length.
3. Any changes of size/color/special requests are not acceptable after order placed exceeds 24 hours.
If exceed 24 hours, please send message to us to check if it still can be changed for size, color or details. Please also postpone the processing time of your order.
If your order exceed 48 hours and we have start the dress, we only can refund 50% if you want cancel the order.
4. All of our dresses are custom made, we won’t accept return the dress if no quality problems.
If there is quality problems, please keep the tags on the dress(don’t cut the tags) and contact us. we will do our best to solve the problem for you.
5. The price is only for the dress, not include any accessories such as gloves, jacket, wedding veil, petticoat. If you want it, please contact with us about the details.
6. For some dresses that no picture for back part details, the back will be in zipper. If you like the back with Lace-up or else,please tell us in time.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
